Toyota Motor announced on April 2, 2021 that it will set a special specification car "ACTIVE RIDE" on the station wagon "Corolla Touring" and will release it on April 19 of the same year with a limited number of 500 units. On the same day, we started accepting orders.
The Corolla Touring "Active Ride" is equipped with a 2-liter straight-four direct-injection naturally aspirated "Dynamic Force Engine" with a maximum output of 170PS / 6600rpm and a maximum torque of 202Nm / 4800rpm. The transmission is a combination of a starting gear and a "direct shift CVT" equipped with a 10-speed pseudo-step transmission mechanism.
