Hesitation its not there like when you check stock because the prices are ok but the worry is money issues.

Had the kind of car i was looking for and the price was ok, Mostly when you see what you are looking for at a reasonable price you look no further.
Service is ok but i think you need to improve on communication, keep your customers updated on what is happening to remove the worry factor.
